everything seems to be going good but
Ok so im sober since 21st april.
Everything is going good. Ive reclaimed my life and am doing good but for the some reasn im having a bit of a wobble. Ive been trying to stay sober for over 3 years so i really need to stay focussed
What do you lot do when you feel weak?

Apart from coming here, I found reading recovery books and listening to AA talks really helpful. Here is one site: XA-Speakers - The lights are on!

I find prayer and meditation helpful. Also coming here, and reading other recovery articles online. In a meeting the other day, we talked about having those wobbly days. I learned that it's never too late to start your day over. When we feel weak or pissy, we can just step back take a time out and begin the day again. You're doing great!
