Ahh thanks everyone guys managed to drive past my local for my sneaky pint and home with a smile, my work colleagues were talking about ice cold magners and Stella that there drinking tonight and I just smiled and said maybe I will or maybe I won't but tonight I won't :-) One day at a time tho is what will help me before I used to look at not drinking for a month or fortnight and lasted 2 days so this time it's just about today love to you all
