I take Klonopin now as I am trying to get off of benzos altogether. I have been on Xanax for about 6 years with most of the abuse happening when I drank. A lot of people have used the Ashton Manual to get off benzos. I switched to K because it has a longer half life and I keep cutting the dosage every week. Sleeping is the biggest challenge for me right now.
