I recently lost my 19 year old cat. I am blessed to have been sober for the last few months of her life. We got to spend a lot of quality time together rather than me being occupied with the bottle. I can only imagine the bender I wouldve gone on if i had still been drinking when I lost her but I stayed strong. She is my little kitty guardian angel.
