Good for you to come back to SR and to start AA meetings again. That sounds like a plan, and it's pretty much what I've used.
I assume you have a lot of time off in the summer unless you're teaching year 'round. If that's the case. it's a great opportunity for you to really dive into AA and work the steps. There is also a lot of good reading to be had in the books department of Amazon.com. You can start the new school year as a new person.
