Being healthy, strong and looking good in my jeans that no longer fit. Clear skin, healthy nails and hair, no longer battling with myself because I have made my decision. Today is the first day in a long time in not having that argument with myself. Only drink I will have tonight, is a hot cup of tea. Also I am doing slimming world so now I can use my treat suns on something that won't make me ill. I won't feel jealous of my slimming world friends for losing and I haven't AGAIN because of wine. I could go on and on....
