It is very hard to not reach out even when we know deep down it is doing us no good. As much as I say I am not going to engage my loved it is hard because we have been in that habit for so long. Especially when you still live with that person. Don't beat yourself up. These situations don't happen over night nor will we be able to change our feelings and habits over night. I have to stop myself and say you know that she will not listen to you so don't waste your time and energy. Lastly because they are the addict and we are the outsiders we will never see things the same. I hope you have a good day today.
