back in 1989 I went through rehab
stayed sober just short of 3 years
I was on a court slip due to some trouble I had gotten into to
I had a stack of full page signed court slips when I saw the judge
I had attended over 1,350 meetings in proxy 1,250 days
the judge was very impressed
gave me and my lawyer everything we asked for
then like a fool I took it all for granted
pretty much stopped going to meetings
was back to being a drinking drunk in short time
