Great job!! 90 days is a big milestone!! BTW, I had an addiction counselor tell me its important to count the days-for me, it helps my motivation. I think the only problem with milestones is that sometimes people then want to reward themselves for "making it" to a certain number, but in your case it seems like you're on the right track!
