I'm not sure any of us are qualified to medically answer the question of how much will it set you back...a swig is a swig....for most people it probably will have little or no effect in the short or long term, but for someone like me who drank almost to the bitter end, things might be different.
Mentally tho - you'll probably find cravings will kick in again full force.
Do you have any support besides SR?
