Well lets put it this way. My Dr is an Addiction specialist. My anxiety was through the roof, let along my blood pressure was like 180/120. I couldn't even type. My brain was mushy. I couldn't eat for 2-3 days.
BP is now 125/83. I dont feel like I am going to explode anymore.
Feel much better now 10 days later. Maybe not 100%, but for sure much much better.
