Happy Friday, I need to catch up with this thread after work. Hope you're all well!
Day 5 and I really think this is it, this is the time to stop for good.
I've planned a bike trip to France, Belgium and Germany next month with friends, I'm confident (well fairly) that I can stay sober before, during and after. I feel more committed this time.
