Do my Actions reflect my recovery or my disease?
Staying in yesterday feeds guilt, looking always at tomorrow feeds fear, staying in today allows you to enjoy the gift of the present
There is nothing wrong with being honest, but there is no reason to be cruel
Showing others respect and dignity, allows me to keep mine
