Midlife, have you joined a monthly support group here? And the thread for people under thirty days? THE thing that got me through the beginning was having a core group of the same people to support who also support me 24/7. I cannot recommend this to you strongly enough if you haven't done it. Plus helping others do this taught me how to do it too. Give it a try today.
