I took multivitamins when I started to detox and it helped a lot with some of my physical symptoms. I also had a very hard time sleeping for that I have no suggestions... But after those first few days i did ALOT of cleaning! Just keep reminding yourself of why it is you want to stop. Its like breaking up with a really really bad boyfriend. just keep talking @#&$ about him and maybe you will feel better!
