Struggling Right Now....
Okay so it's 9pm and I want to drink! I am so frustrated with myself right now!!
I was feeling so in control earlier that I managed to even dump out a bottle of alcohol that my boyfriend had left at my house!! I know that it is only the ed of day 2 and that this is a process but I want to be in control of my life again!

Early recovery is really tough - but you can do it Sammi

Sammi, maybe take a hot shower, get some water or tea and climb into bed with a good show, movie, something and just relax, and be cozy. Early recovery is the hardest but the more you do it, the easier it gets. Hang in there.

Hey Sammi,
I took multivitamins when I started to detox and it helped a lot with some of my physical symptoms. I also had a very hard time sleeping for that I have no suggestions... But after those first few days i did ALOT of cleaning! Just keep reminding yourself of why it is you want to stop. Its like breaking up with a really really bad boyfriend. just keep talking @#&$ about him and maybe you will feel better!
