Good for you! ...and you seem to have things in place to help. Check with your doctor about vitamins-mine recommended a combination, and Whole Foods has an electrolyte supplement (calcium, magnesium and zinc) that may help balance out the extra fluid. Lots of Gatorade-type drinks advertise that but for me I got leg cramps without the needed electrolytes.
Again, I am not a doctor! ...so do check with your MD.
