Hi there, thank you so much for your experience on quitting drinking, I too am 39 and i have been drinking off and on for many years and just like you i ended up drinking everynight before bed for the past 3 years..my drinking has gone out of control..I quit 7 days ago cold turkey and have gone through withdrawls, cold sweats, headaches, insomnia, anxiety..so I hear ya, I am so glad to hear that things will get better, thank you for your story, cause I was wondering what I should look forward to in my sobriety.
