I used to take my purse to bed with me so he couldn't get to it and sleep with all my underwear on so if XAH did something stupid like set the house on fire again, I could get fully dressed and get the kids and I out quickly.
I still sleep with my purse next to the bed
that's a hard habit to break, I don't know why. However, I've started to wear proper PJs again.
