I spent all my childhood and young adult life hoping someone would see the pain I was in from various family situations.
When we are in pain it's hard to reach beyond ourselves. But we must because we are the only ones who can actually save ourselves.
People are more helpful and caring than you may think. Please speak up and reach out. In some way. It will be worth it.
