I'll tell you what I do when I hear that voice...I kind of took the idea from a SR member named RobbyRobot.
I don't argue with that voice, I don't negotiate with that voice and I do not entertain any ideas from that voice...I treat that voice with disgust and disdain.
I have nothing to say to that voice other than;
" **** you, I don't drink, so **** off!"
I don't pretend the voice isn't there, it is there and it will come alive...but only if I allow it to.
