Since that day things have gotten worst for my AD and it has taken me this long to realize that I DO need some real support. I see now that my idea of "rock bottom" and what the reality of that for an addict are 2 totally different places. Do they have meetings online that you know of for families?
AA/NA is for the alcholic and/or addict. Naranon and Alanon is for the family members.
