WHEW!
Okay that was FUN! Here I came here at 8a and it's now 932am. It turned out I got a phone call to change 17 passengers for trips to Australia.
Whew!
All is well, all is good. Last night was pretty productive. I managed to get my son's fruit leather started in the dehydrator, either tonight or tomorrow night we'll start on cherry fruit leather.
I figure we can make cherry, peach, already made apple cinnamon, and I'm thinking strawberry too using up some old jelly I made two years ago.
Still here, still sober and now my mind is in Melbourne Australia. Whew.
