the shakes
I feel like my hands are never going to stop shaking. I'm on day 40 of sobriety today and just spilled half a box of cereal all over the place because my hands are shaking like leaves. I've mentioned it to my doc, and they just keep saying it will go away in time. It's a LOT better than it was 30 days ago of course, but I just want it to go away for good. Anyone have any input, suggestions, etc?
