I was the queen of sabotage, so I totally get it. Every time things were coming together, good, peaceful, I'd do something to cause upset. It took me a long time to admit that I was sabotaging myself, but once I did, I realized that it was due to growing up in a dysfunctional home. I had to convince myself that I deserved a good life.
