That is a great way to look at it. when i say commited to sobriety it sounds like a job. lol. and my gemini nature loves to challenge any rules or authority so i am sabotaging myself. making it into a positive " creating a better future" sounds more doable and light. and its true. when i don't drink i feel the difference in my moods and my outlook immediately.
