This is not who you are, I thought at the time that I was defective. Probably nuts. I came here a suicidal mess. That is not me, this is not you. this is what alcohol has done to you and how it wants to steal your sanity and your life. You can do this. I had to do it minute by minute and will live the rest of my life One day at a time. I couldn't see a life without alcohol. I did reach out on here and buried myself in this sight.
