Hello sober buddies! I'm running late, but want to post. Day 24. I've been tired too. Not enough sleep. Actually took a Benadryl the other night to make me sleepy. Also been irritable, so not sure what this is all about. Hoping this is just part of the body's response to seeing life outside the pickle jar.
