I am glad you left. I hope you can stay away, stay safe, and IGNORE texts or calls from him. He is abusive, as you must know too well. When they mess with your mind it is as destructive (some argue more) than physical abuse. Self-preservation is imperative. It's all you can do right now. You deserve much better.
