Binge drinker here as well. It's not how often we drank but what happens to us when we put alcohol in the system. If we have little control of how much we take in we are most likely alcoholic. I had times when I could control it but that was no fun and when I had fun with it I couldn't control it and that led to despair. Good luck and keep posting.
