Sounds like Tres and Marine are on the mend and Darren is off to a good start on his new job (congrats).
Mom and step-dad visited this past week and we had a great time. Didn't do much, but still had fun talking and chatting about little stuff. I had a long talk with my Mom about how she waits on her husband hand and foot. I tried to impress upon her that it was not in his best interest to do everything for him and that he needs to be encouraged to do what he is able to do for himself. They are both 87 and if something happens to my Mom I think she is creating a big baby who will be unable to care or do the simplest tasks for himself....I don't think I was getting through to her, but so it goes.
We have a few days off and then my B-I-L and wife will be here most of next week. Then I have eye surgery scheduled the following week.
We are expecting temps of 100+ the next few days, so i will be easy to locate....next to the A/C vents.
