You're not alone - alcohol withdrawal feels like a level of hell I never want to revisit! Don't do what I did...withdrawals were so bad that I thought I would croak that day. Woke up amazed that I was still alive. I would tell myself to go see a doctor if I could do day 1 over again (hopefully that won't happen again)
