Sorry you're having a hard time. I'm surprised to hear your sponsor won't let you talk at meetings for 90 days - is that usual? It sounds like it's important you share your troubles and gain some support from others.
It sounds hard - but it also sounds you're doing fantastically well not drinking in spite of the cravings you're going through. Hang in there!
