Still using SR as a sounding board.
Anyways I have been sober now almost 6 months :-DDDDDD
life has improved greatly...my mental and physical health are amazing comparitively...
i still go through rough spells....when guilt and shame about my past take over but hey its all part of the journey!
Meditation and sobriety have worked wonders for me and i am blessed everyday that i was given this opportunity to change!!
God bless you all and just know in the end it will all work out.....IF YOU WANT IT!
