I couldn't sleep if my life depended on it the first week. It got a little (very little) better the second. In the third I was finally able to depend on getting a full 8 hours and wanting more, it just wasn't always at night
. So I am hoping that this fourth week I will start to develope more of a regular pattern. Of course after a couple of weeks I am going to be on shift work again so I will be screwed, but I suppose that is where the sleeping whenever part comes in handy.
