AA has worked for me too for many years now.
You tried other possibilities and ended up with only AA looks like is what you're saying. Not a problem. Imagine though if someone told you to not try those other ways, and if you had tried AA first, and AA was not working for you?
You eventually got to AA with your experiences. Others getting where they are going from their experiences is just as valid a journey for them too.
