Thanks for the support, strange how words on a computer screen can both put a smile on your face and fill you with possitivity.
There are AA meetings in the town, I have looked them up on the net during the last 6 weeks but I'm going to be totally honest here - I'm embarressed and ashamed of myself for getting in this mess and really don't know if i'd be able to walk through the door.
I hope i'm not offending anyone by saying that, I am a proud man who acknowledges that I should never have done this to myself.
