So from my understanding, tonight is #2 of sobriety??
The first week for me was hanging on to the thought of 'knowing I SHOULD stay sober' into 'knowing I NEEDED to stay sober' each and everyday. We alcoholics hang on to the "good things"(false realities) of alcohol - such as being more "happy" or "talkative" or "social". When we are actively 'using' we alcoholics tell ourselves those things everyday. It seems like you are looking for a reason to drink, say?
