I have to be honest with you. I don't think you have decided yet whether or not you have a problem. I think you need to be honest with yourself and decide that first before you can go any further. BTW to be honest again, those feelings of anxiety are common as are many others with people trying to get off drugs of any kind, not that it will necessarily happen to you.
