Procrastination on those things you
need to get done maybe the perfect
answer to keep you from going out
tonight.
What kind of work do you need to
do? Yard work? Around the house
work?
After you do get this work done,
you maybe tired, exhausted and
sleep would be healthier than drinking.
I dont set myself up for anything
I know i may not follow thru with.
And then I dont need to go back
and apologize or make amends
if i cant do them.
