This morning's run was good in the chilly air, a very workmanlike run, just get it done.
My gang is gearing up for the Philadelphia Half Marathon in 34 days. I'm ready today so I just have to keep my miles up and sensible and glide right on in to a great race day.
Husband leaves today for a 5 day business trip so I will be hanging around her more than usual most likely!
