Hey! I'm 15 days in. I had terrible muscle spasms at night while I attempted to sleep. Ugh trying to fall asleep sucked and I still have night sweats. But I am feeling better every day. I often drank to avoid having panic attacks, but I haven't had anxiety issues since about the fourth sober day. I'm taking emergenC supplements (plus they're tasty), a multivitamin and drinking tons of water. I think it's just going to take time to return to a balanced body and mind. Good luck!
