Thats helpful thanks and i did reach out to a clinic

today,who seemed very helpful,on the advice of some here,

so going in tommorrow,to get a smaller dosage prescribed and

a little coaching as well,as i can likely use it..

I had no clue it would be this easy,to simply call someone and they'd be so

accomodating..

I had to promise to bring in my load of 8mg pills i no longer want,

to exchange for 2mg

pills,which i guess doesn't happen too often..

I can deal w/ that..
