Hi Everyone, I hope you are all well. I'm doing better but, still have some things to process. I will be going to my group at the VA Friday. I'll be sharing the advice with my counselor at the VA. I am going to show her your post MG, I'm not sure I can explain any better than you did what's going on in this head of mine. I'll post later Friday.
