I'm on day 9 sober, but I smoke at least a pack a day maybe up to 23 cigs on a heavy day when I'm sober,

when I was drinking I could easily smoke 30 a day.

It's gross I know but I am a nicotine junkie and quitting is just too hard for me right now.
