Yes, can be hard to get those words out for the first time. I started 10 times before "I think I'm an alcoholic" came out my mouth. I kept saying "I think I'm an aaaaa........." Oh, it is SO hard!
But it must be done, so make up your mind to do it and if you have a few false starts, don't give up. And if you can't make the words come out of your mouth, write it on a piece of paper and hand it to the doctor. Your doctor can't help if s/he doesn't know what the problem is!
