Seriously though, do you have someone there with you? If not, is there a trusted sober and sensible friend/relative you can ask to stay with you for a couple of days to keep an eye on you while you detox? I'm just thinking that it would be really sad for you to become very, very ill indeed when you've just made one of the best decisions of your life. With a doctor's supervision, it will be a heck of a lot easier on your poor old bod!!!
