I'm still working Step 4. I'm working the questions from Pathways and then addition sections to my writing as things come up. I've input all the questions on my computer and I will either sit down and write as something specific comes up or just work on the next question.
I'm trying not to rush through this, nor am I trying to recreate every single day of my life - just get a general feel for the good stuff, figure out where the bad stuff came from and get it all out.
I'd love to hear some more experience from the FandF crowd who are working (or have worked) the steps.
