28 days, 10 hours. Nearing 30.... yesterday it was killer hot out, all good... gave my mother a ride (doesn't drive) and she says as we drive by a pizza joint: "It's hot today, wouldn't you like an ice cold beer today? That would taste so good!" - I said, "no thanks!" - Beyond that I've had no cravings, etc. Just checking in!
