I felt/feel on and off the same way. I don't know if it's for the same reasons but yup that's been me but add anger in there.
I just keep going to the meetings and listening to others, then connecting. It helps me a great deal. I still struggle with never drinking again. It's not that I want to it's just the point that I can't. For some reasn it makes me cranky.
I had to get some meds from my doc and I'm happy I did. I'd probably go have a heart to heart with my doc if I were you.
